Amongst the Victory win of Primary Custody of His Sons  Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond from Ex -Wife Tameka Foster . Yesterday the King of RnB  (He has the numbers to prove it, like the saying goes numbers don’t lie people do.) released a beautiful video to match is beautiful single “Dive”.  The song was produced and written by Award winning song writer  who is also a very close friend to Usher — Rico Love..   The song is  off  Usher ‘s 7th studio album  “ Looking For Myself“… Which was released in June….

Since the Release the Album has sold almost 450,000 copies…Great, considering Album sales are down Drastically this year… This song and Video is sure to add more numbers to “Looking For Myself”.

Praise Jesus and say all of your Hallelujah’s in church this Sunday. Brother Usher has won custody of his kids y’all.  The “Papers” singer had the fortune of having a sensible judge presiding over his child custody hearing against his crazy ex-wife Tameka Raymond. 

A few weeks ago Usher’s legal team noted that Tameka Raymond had a mental disorder. (took em long enough to figure that out..) In their closing arguments, they brought up testimony from a licensed psychologist who determined that Tameka suffers from “a moderately severe mental disorder.”

Apparently the judge agreed, especially after learning that Tameka recently taunted Usher in a phone call stating that she wasn’t going to lose custody of her kids. 

Throughout the trial she had poor Usher in tears fighting for the future sanity of his kids. 

Today the nasty battle came to an end when the  judge sided with the singer, awarding Usher primary custody of the ex-couple’s two sons. 

Tameka still retains some custodial rights — but not enough to try to use her control freak personality against Usher.. 

My sources tell me that upon hearing that she lost all those smirks were wiped clean off Tameka’s face.

According to TMZ the judge in Tameka and Usher Raymond’s ongoing custody battle held Usher in contempt for closing his ex wife’s Saks Fifth Avenue card last year.   He ordered Usher to reopen the account for Tameka in HIS name. 

Supposedly the closed Saks card was just one of Tameka Raymond‘s many grievances in her ongoing custody fight against Usher.

WAIT… WHAT? 

How is that possible? I think it would be safe to just assume the card was part of the agreement in the divorce settlement.. 

Marrying Tameka was one of the worst decisions Usher ever made. His momma tried to tell him..

Mrs Foster not only refuses to give the man his name back but she seems hell-bent on reminding Usher that HE married her once upon a time.

Reading stuff like this makes you wonder why men choose to get married at all.. If you really look at it…. It’s a great way to take a man to the cleaners. Getting married is like a job for some women. 

This has to change. 

Usher has moved forward with the custody case against Tameka Foster despite reports that he called it quits. He actually just postponed the hearing.

Tameka Foster‘s lawyer has filed new documents in the couple’s bitter child custody war … slamming Usher … who asked the court to delay the next hearing in light of the death of Tameka’s son, Kile, who was killed in a jet ski accident. 

Usher didn’t care about his ex-wife’s dead son … blew off his funeral … and is only PRETENDING to be affected by the tragedy to court sympathy from the media and his fans … this according to the singer’s ex-wife. 

In his request, Usher claims he’s worried the hearing would cause “unnecessary stress and strain” for both himself, Tameka and their two minor children “in the immediate wake of this tragedy.” 

Usher also claims Tameka would get an unfair advantage in the hearing because the court would not want to rule against a woman who is still grieving the death of her son.  Usher fears he could lose custody of the children and believes it would be unfair to him.

But Tameka claims Usher is full of crap … and in docs of her own, insists U’s claims of suffering “stress and strain” are “BOGUS.”

In fact, Tameka claims Usher didn’t care about her son at all in his final days — even though Usher regarded him as a son back when they were married.

“[Usher] visited Kile in the hospital only once” during his 15 days on life support … Tameka claims. 

She also claims she had begged Usher to tweet a message about her son, “Please pray for Kile” … but he refused. Instead, Tameka claims, Usher’s next tweet was a photo of his own breakfast with the caption, “Breakfast of Champions.”

WOW.. I guess like they say.. Life goes on..  Out of respect I’m going to keep it light, but if Usher were to stop pursuing the matter Tameka would still cause him problems..  I honestly think Tameka was hoping that Kile’s death would lure Usher back into her lair.  Usher isn’t falling for it.

In a time where singers like Trey Songz has been forced to make disappointing R&B songs talking about he only came for the B*tches & The Drinks, Frank Ocean is music to my ear when I hear his voice come through the speakers singing  ”Thinking About You” .  “But do you not think so far ahead….. Cause I’ve been thinking about forever… Ohhhhhh.”. His voice is so beautiful.

After selling over 100,000 iTunes downloads in the first week Channel Orange is most definitely going to be a smash success in 2012.

Truth be told, we don’t really give a flying phuck that Frank Ocean is gay, we just want to hear him sing. 

Super Producer Jermaine Dupri has even crowned Frank the savior for R&B.

He threw in his two cents in an open letter:

When I saw the # that Frank Ocean is suppose to hit next week, I got extremely Happy,I said I need to get in my car and and listen to this album,by the time I got to “Sweet Life” I was even more happy,finally!! a RnB album that’s hip,with out having the same 5 rappers on every song,

I actually hope he hits 200k,for the sake of RnB,it’s in the worst position it’s ever been since I started making music,The Record company’s don’t believe in it, Radio won’t play it if it don’t have a rapper,and a majority of the artist that are labeled RnB,are confused and lost.

So I repeat,I hope Ocean sells more than the 125k that he’s on pace for,maybe these executives u’llwake the fuck up,or at least try to copy what he’s doing,like they always do, by the way,the end of “Pyramids” jammin like a mufucka.

One thing for certain Frank is not only coming for the b#tches and the drinks..

Frank is “different” in a good way.. His music is of his own and speaks to your soul like R&B used to.  Thanks to Frank I’ve retired my hopes that Jodeci would put down the crack and get back together again.. Frank is my Jodeci, My Michael Jackson and everything else R&B.

Tragedy struck this weekend when 11-year-old Kile Glover, son of Tameka Raymond and Ryan Glover, and stepson to Usher Raymond, was struck by a jet ski while tubing in Atlanta, GA.

As Kile was left brain dead from the incident, a source close to the family says Usher is “torn up” over the tragic accident.

Us Weekly reported: 

“Tameka and Usher don’t get along, but in this circumstance Usher is coming to her side…Usher practically raised Kyle as his own. He’s known him for seven years. It is so sad what happened.”

Adds another source:

“He grew close to Kyle and, of course, that has nothing to do with the situation with Tameka…He loved Kyle. This is a terrible, awful tragedy. Usher is torn up.”

Sadly, it was not a stranger that hit Kyle.. A family friend was operating the Jet Ski that  ended little Kyle’s life.. He has been declared brain dead, but his mother and father have yet to decide to take him off life support.

Such a sad tragedy. It’s completely devastating to lose your precious child. Especially at such a young age. My stomach hurts just thinking about it while looking at Kile’s photos.. Hopefully by some miracle he will fully recover.
