Of course its still rape! Even if a woman has consented to the act and then says no because its too rough! Sex is not suppose to be a rough experience, which causes pain, or an experience where the other party is aloud to assault you in the process. It dose not matter whether its before or during the act, if someone says no, the other person stop instantly, or else its considered rape!
