This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Tom’s of Maine. All opinions are 100% mine.
What good did you today? Did you make a healthy choice to eat better? Did you help a stranger? Every day you can do something good and every day you can share and inspire others to do the same. Every day is a good day if you help some one else.
Like I always say if you are not doing anything to help out others your life is pointless. That's why I enjoy using the Tom’s of Maine Good First application on Facebook. The app gives you the option of choosing from 5 good deeds: Mother Earth, Healthy Living, Helping People, Healthy Eating and Helping Animals. After you’ve selected the good you insert your first name first name which allows you to see which of your friends share your similar passion for good. You will also be rewarded with a corresponding badge of honor on your timeline.. How cool!
Today, I decided to help other people and help myself along the way. First I woke up, grabbed a bowl of cereal. Instead of just free pouring I actually measured out the rasin bran cereal along with the milk. Then I wrote a Dear Kissy in response to a readers question. After that I took some clothes over to teh Goodwill truck that sits across the street.
Helping other people doesn't neesarrily make me feel supergood. AS I truly do these things because I feel that we as humans should alwasy make efforts to give back to society and help other people. It's the right thing to do.
I've been using the app for about a week now on Facebook.. I encourage you to also try it out.
Did you do any good today??? Did you help someone? Did you lay off the calories? Did you finally head to the gym? What good did you put first today? Did you stay green or conserve water? Did you help someone else? There are so many ways you can put good first and have fun. I want to hear all about your good so leave me a comment telling me about it! Share your good deeds with using Tom’s of Maine Good First application on Facebook and be sure to connect with Tom's of Maine on Twitter and Tom's of Maine on Pinterest.
