Everyone was waiting for Tuesday nights episode of Hard Knocks to drop. The episode was sure to show insight to Chad’s present state of mind and how he was dealing with the incidents that occurred over the last several days. The highly anticipated episode took viewers inside the Dolphins’ decision to cut receiver Chad Ochocinco Johnson after he was arrested on a domestic violence charge.
The conclusion was dramatic!! As Chad sits down on head coach Joe Philbin’s couch we learn that Philbin did not like Chad to begin with. He may have gotten cut rather he hit Lozada or not. The Dolphins head coach simply did not like Johnson. He didn’t like his attitude, he didn’t like the things the athlete said on twitter. He wasn’t impressed with Johnson’s grasp of the playbook or lack there of, or his failure to learn the responsibilities of the slot receivers in the Dolphins’ offense. In fact Philbin pretty much did not like Chad Johnson as a football player period.
“Chad hasn’t done a lot inside, we’re trying to get him — you know, the big knock when he came here was he couldn’t pick up the system,” Philbin said.
“I do my best not to fly off the handle and act irrational,” Philbin told the veteran wide receiver during an incredibly awkward meeting that lasted less than five minutes but felt like an eternity, during which both men were likely very aware of the cameras. “It’s just, I don’t know that this is working for the benefit of you, me, the Miami Dolphins or anybody else. I think you’re a good person. Trust me, I acknowledge people make mistakes.”
Johnson attempted to persuade Philbin to give him another chance to remain with the Dolphins.
“Coach, I’ve never been in trouble before — ever,” Johnson said. (Which isn’t true; Johnson was convicted of domestic battery in 2000.) Chad went on to claim that he had been planning on keeping quiet all season long, following a few earlier outbursts during his brief tenure with the Dolphins.
Undeterred by Johnson’s rebuttal, Philbin delivered the news that viewers — and likely Johnson — knew was coming. Philbin let Chad No Longer Ochocinco Johnson know that Dolphins were cutting him loose. Number 85 would be no more.
“It’s more about how you fit in, and how we fit in together, and where this thing is heading. Just don’t see it being where I thought it would be or what I hoped it would be,” said Philbin.
The coach had absolutely no give a phuck about himself while letting Chad go, although he attempted to deliver the news as kindly as possible. Like BlacksportsOnline said.. If you know your position with anyone is on touchy grounds, you shouldn’t give them any reason to do what they really want to do anyway.
Chad Johnson releases statement apologizing to fans for being fired
Now Chad Johnson is out here tryna function.. Meanwhile his buddy T.O. has a job.. My have the tables turned. Many are being forced to learn the true nature of humility and that pie does not always taste so good.

I thought it was bullshit in the way they fired him. He HAS NOT BEEN CONVICTED OF ANYTHING YET!!
He thought he was part of amerikka
At this point this story is already losing its fizzle. He said he didn’t care about his career before they dropped him so why care now? He’s been arrested for domestic violence before and the reality show wouldn’t have happened if not for the girl …
He handled it well…
Audrey stop fucking dreaming
Somebody goin scoop him he ain’t trippin
He Learned HIS Lesson… Where There Is Smoke, There Is Fire & He Got Burnt With This Bitch.
