Usher has moved forward with the custody case against Tameka Foster despite reports that he called it quits. He actually just postponed the hearing.
Tameka Foster‘s lawyer has filed new documents in the couple’s bitter child custody war … slamming Usher … who asked the court to delay the next hearing in light of the death of Tameka’s son, Kile, who was killed in a jet ski accident.
Usher didn’t care about his ex-wife’s dead son … blew off his funeral … and is only PRETENDING to be affected by the tragedy to court sympathy from the media and his fans … this according to the singer’s ex-wife.
In his request, Usher claims he’s worried the hearing would cause “unnecessary stress and strain” for both himself, Tameka and their two minor children “in the immediate wake of this tragedy.”
Usher also claims Tameka would get an unfair advantage in the hearing because the court would not want to rule against a woman who is still grieving the death of her son. Usher fears he could lose custody of the children and believes it would be unfair to him.
But Tameka claims Usher is full of crap … and in docs of her own, insists U’s claims of suffering “stress and strain” are “BOGUS.”
In fact, Tameka claims Usher didn’t care about her son at all in his final days — even though Usher regarded him as a son back when they were married.
“[Usher] visited Kile in the hospital only once” during his 15 days on life support … Tameka claims.
She also claims she had begged Usher to tweet a message about her son, “Please pray for Kile” … but he refused. Instead, Tameka claims, Usher’s next tweet was a photo of his own breakfast with the caption, “Breakfast of Champions.”

WOW.. I guess like they say.. Life goes on.. Out of respect I’m going to keep it light, but if Usher were to stop pursuing the matter Tameka would still cause him problems.. I honestly think Tameka was hoping that Kile’s death would lure Usher back into her lair. Usher isn’t falling for it.

no he is not, and the tweet thing just blew my mind. How long ago were their divorce final??!! Meaning he is no longer his step dad. Obviously this tragedy wasn't enough of a wake up call for her!

i dont think he is wrong for not going to the funeral…no one knows his real reasons and of course her bitter behind will speculate and try to again bash him. i do think aside from all the drama more respect could have been paid/shown on his end…after all Kile is/was his two sons big brother regardless of usher and tameka drama. if nothing was done for her at least acknowledge him for them. no one really knows the real drama tameka just seems to vocalize hers more which comes off as bitter and scorn but we dont know what usher put her thru….apparently he is doing something bc Chilli took a L with him too.
U keep spelling the poor child's name wrong. It's Kyle. Not, Kile… If ur gonna b a gossip columnist just make sure u word check before ur done. Other then that I like what u do.
That is messed up because him or his ex wife is irrelevant… He played the role a father to that kid obviously some point in his life & regardless the kid is the brother of his children & they especially are not going to care about the disputes & childish behavior btwn the parents. A tragedy should bring a family together despite their differences so there's no real excuse sorry but there isnt.

Out of respect & the fact that he was "playing daddy" to Kile while they were married i feel he should have attended. Forget all the nonsense, I think it sends a bad message to his kids. #my2cents
Out of respect for who. do people forget that kyle has a real dad who usher gave that much respect to be the one to.grieve and to be there.for his son the attention should not be on usher and no usher is not wrong. This woman will never stop her hatred and its a shame after all of this lessons are still not learned
yes Usher is and was wrong. At one point in this childs life he played a major roll and to visit him only one time then not go to the funeral is disrespect not to Tameka but to the child. In a situation like that all bullshit should be left aside..

As I recall I have seen several tweets and facebook post asking for prayer for his step son. So this story is incorrect..
