INDIANPOLIS, INDIANA - Carl J. Mimms III of Freedom Tabernacle of Praise Church is a low down dirty ninja..  The pastor is suing sprint for invasion of privacy after a Sprint employee gave his wife a copy of his phone records against his prior instructions.

After his wife, Diane Mimms, suspected he was having relations with a woman by the name of  Wendy Taylor, she began to gather evidence — like most women do when they suspect men of cheating. Realizing that his wife was  hot on his trail and about to bust him with some facts the pastor tried to cover his tracks by calling Sprint and requesting they add a passcode to his account and to not allow anyone to have access to his account except for him.  He also requested the company “shut down the Internet access to his account.

That didn’t stop his wife Diane she still somehow got access to the records.  She was able to get her hands on all of the pastor’s cell phone call logs and confronted him about the numerous calls he made to Wendy. Of course the pastor pulled the old DENY, DENY, DENY routine.

Preachers these days are hilarious.  Pastor Mimms be fresh to def too.

Upset that Pastor was not only being ungodly by cheating on his wife but lying right to her face Mrs. Mimms took things a step further.  She tried to get the man fired from his job preaching at the church. She summoned a meeting at the church, where she also confronted pastor Mimms in front of several church members about his many calls to the alleged jump off.

The pissed off pastor who was now thoroughly embarrassed  called Sprint to complain and claims they told him that “someone had accessed information about his account” in a Sprint store two days before the confrontation with his wife.  In his lawsuit Pastor Mimms is claming that particular conversation with the Sprint  representative caused  him pain and suffering because his blood pressure increased during the call, his head started to perspire, and his heart rate  increased.” *TEARS… IS HE SERIOUS??  LMFAO. 

Wait. But that’s not it.  He also claims he was humiliated, his reputation was damaged and he  needs monetary damage for the pain and suffering this all caused him.
