 43-year-old registered sex offender Joey Leaphart

Just When you Thought you heard everything, Then a story like this surfaces to leave you grasping for air.

In Georgia a 43-year-old registered sex offender Joey Leaphart somehow created a believable story and convinced a teenage Wal-Mart shopper to let him suck on her pretty toe. The girl, only 18 years of age states that the man first approached her asking her about her  painted toe nail and asked  if she wanted to be part of a prank he was shooting  for America’s Funniest Home Videos.

 Leaphart then asked the girl if he could take a photo of her foot in his mouth as part of a “prank.” He promised to pay for  her purchases, which was over $100 dollars worth of goods at the Wal-mart store, if she agreed.

The victim finally was convinced and  consented. Leaphart also ask  the young lady,  if he could kiss her foot as well, in which she also agreed to. The girl followed Leaphart behind a clothing rack, out of the eye of the public, he quoted to the girl — ” they will think I’m crazy.” (Damn Right They Would) — – He then grabbed the victim’s foot and proceeded to put it in his mouth telling the girl — “don’t worry, I don’t bite.”

When Leaphart finally started sucking on the girl toes ,  she immediately  knew she was dealing with a NUTCASE ,  and started  screaming, telling him to stop . Just like a crazy person would  —  Leaphart  said–  “oh, it tasted so good though,”  then ran out of the store.

This isn’t Leaphart’s first incident of doing something crazy and insane.  He has a long list, of similar incidents. The last one,  happen in February of this year at a South Carolina Wal-Mart.  Leaphart was only charged with a “Misdemeanor Simple Battery” for the incident that happen on Tuesday in Georgia.
