Usher was spotted in Malibu yesterday , enjoying the 4^th of July,  Holiday with his oldest son Usher V.

Not such a bad ideal to be across country, since it seems that he can’t get peace at his on home, without un invited guests  popping up at his front door . All June 23rd Usher had to make a 911 call, because Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw, claiming to be Usher’s wife, showed up at his front door, for the second time that day unannounced.  Jones-Rakestraw was sent to a psychiatric hospital for a mental evaluation. Word is that  Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw  has been released from the  hospital, and is currently walking the streets of Atlanta GA.

Don’t Let the Child Fall,  Tameka Foster  will try to use this picture in Court to show how unfit of a parent He Is. Usher is currently  in a court battle with Ex -Wife Tameka Foster to get full Custody of of his sons.  The case is set to continue next month in Atlanta Ga.
