For the last 2 years I’ve been seeing a man who lives with someone. He tells me she is completely awful at sex. He says he stays with her because he feels sorry for her and doesn’t want to hurt her.. I realize these facts.. 1. if he hasn’t left yet, he wont anytime soon 2. he can’t be trusted 3. if he did it to her he will do it to me..

the things that keep me seeing this person is that I fell in love with him.. deeply. I also understand that he cannot love me if he keeps this situation going (i realize my part in it also)

She found an email from me when he left his email open by accident and he of course lied about me.. And then told me she may email me soon because she has my email address (its been a week and she hasn’t)

So my question is, how can I make a clean break stop seeing this person, because every time I try, I give in.

I realize other people say “he’s an ass, just don’t answer his calls” and my reply is that it truly is not that easy.
