Allison Mathis has been waging a custody battle in 3 states with Chris Bosh for over 2 years now.. Anytime Bosh wants to see his 3-year-old daughter Allison won’t let him out of spite..
Now It’s being reported in the media that Mathis is facing forceclosure and has signed for food stamps after being laid off from her job as a secretary in the construction field.
She receives only $2,600 a month from Bosh for child support and supposedly that doesn’t cover her mortgage because she had intentions of getting a lot more in child support after becoming an NBA baby mama.
According to state guidelines Mathis should actually be receiving the money that she banked on getting. A player earning $18 Million like Bosh should be paying $30,000 a month in child support. Somehow he has been able to keep his support order SUPER low like Walmart.
Possibly because the judge is tired of Mathis’ behavior.
Mathis has filed a court petition for an increase in support.
Back in February a judge reprimanded the couple for being unable to share custody like two adults and choosing to come back and forth in a child custody battle instead.
The judge said, “Life passes you by waiting for lawyers and cases to resolve. Meanwhile, the world continues.”
Meanwhile Chris and Allison still fight over simple stuff like letting him see his daughter. Most recently Bosh’s request to take his three-year-old daughter to London this summer to watch him play in the Olympics has been denied by an Orlando judge.
This is exactly what Allison Mathis gets.. I don’t know why she thinks she can play hide & seek with that mans kids while hoping the courts are going to hand her a bunch of money for having a kid by a rich man.. She doesn’t deserve any more money and neither does any parent who is holding their child hostage from seeing their other parent.. Not only is it affecting the child, but that stuff gets tiring and life must go on like the judge said..
In other news Dwayne Wade’s baby mama just got arrested for abducting her sons.

That woman with Bosh "s baby shouldn"t get red dime from him, until he gets the same rights as herself for their baby! Now Chris must make secret savings for the kid alone , and no money for this stubborn, stupid woman who helping destroy man morals.Can"t even see ya kid , when ya got money?
