Beyonce is such a good wife.  Bey has allowed her Husband  Jay Z to create artists like Rihanna and now Rita Ora who are both  direct threats to her career. Yet she continues to keep smiling and being the good wifey.  (Have yall notice they all look alike as well, eerie)   I never understood how Beyonce allowed Jay to do this, I couldn’t, but to each its on.

Instead of creating beefs with her competition, and acting a fool on her husband, she’s there to give the hopefuls advice.

The 21 –year old singer Rita Ora just  signed to Jay Z ‘s label Roc Nation. Rita recently spoke about  how much gratitude Beyonce has shown  her during her struggles.  She quoted :

”Beyonce comes into the studio when I’m recording. Beyonce’s there for advice if I’m struggling with a lyric or concept for a song.

Rita on Beyonce juggling Motherhood and an Entertainment Career:

”I saw her the other day and she had her daughter in one arm and was still multitasking. She’s amazing.”

Rita also spoke about working with Beyonce and other female artists:

”I adore Gwen Stefani. I’d love to do a duet with her. Beyonce’s up there too, of course. She and Madonna are legends, icons. They’ll release music forever, they can do no wrong.

”I’ve met Rihanna a few times and it’s all good vibes. I’d definitely like to work with her. That video would be kind of hot

 Rita is expecting to release her debut  album “Ora” in September.  She has already earned herself two hits in the UK with “R.I.P” and “How We Do,” says her debut will be a “fun” record.
