Bath Salt Linked To Zombie Attacks

Recently there has been a rash of cannabalistic, zombie like attacks on humans by humans around the country.. Officials have linked the odd behavior to an over-the-counter bath salt called “Cloud Nine.”

Cloud Nine is supposed to be put in your bath water to help relax your muscles, but someone got the bright idea to get high by sniffing the salt and someone news of the high from the salt has been passed on.

While on Cloud Nine, users experience heart palpitations, nausea, hallucinations, paranoia and erratic behavior.

Back in 2010 the Poison center of New Orleans warned people against sniffing the dangerous potion which in the streets is labeled as “legal cocaine.” Meaning it’s not illegal to sniff it yet you can still get the same high as cocaine.

84 people around Louisiana were hospitalized because of paranoia, fighting, hallucinations, suicidal thoughts and physical effects such as hypertension and rapid heartbeat. But now with the “Cloud Nine” something different has been added to the salt resulting in the additional Zombie effect.

In the past week a total of four men have came under the influence of the new bath salt and one woman reportedly tried to use her five finger discount to steal a wig off the clearance rack and ended up biting the owner when trying to escape.

Lowpel Davis, 38, of New Haven, Connecticut tried to take a $15 wig off the clearance rack from Sassy Beauty Supply shop Tuesday afternoon and became violent when store owner Jongyol Lee and his 70-year-old father tried to stop her.

Mr Lee told WTNH.com that he noticed a wig went missing from a mannequin and saw Davis taking a $15 clearance wig after looking through the store’s surveillance video.

They also saw Davis stuff several other items in her bag.

While the Sassy Beauty Supply owner and his 70-year-old father tried to apprehend Davis, the woman was not to be stopped.

According to Hartford police, Davis punched the two men – both in the face – and then bit the store owners arm, taking a piece of flesh from the man’s bicep.

She then spit it in his face, before she was eventually overtaken by police, she is also accused of biting the arresting officers.
