Sometimes when you do things it’s just best to keep it to yourself to save embarrassment..

Francis Martin was hired to work at a party at Mr. and Mrs. Chow’s house back in 2010.  The couple owns a very popular eatery where celebrities are known to dine.

At some point in the evening Martin is claiming that he walked into a glass partition in the house that he was unaware of and caused damage. 

“Walked into a clear glass door which had no markings or other means to identify that the plaintiff was not walking through an open area.”

Martin claims he suffered injuries as a result and says the Chows owe him damages in excess of $25,000.

This story hilarious. I’ve actually done this before in my own house..  My patio door is so clean and the door handle is brown and kind of blends in with the wall. At night it bascially looks like the patio door is open if you are not paying attention.  Have a drink in your system and yeah you will walk right into the door..

But seriously to sue because you were not paying attention.. The judge needs to bang the gavel over his head. 

In other news a tv producer bought the Kardashian house and tore it down for the heck of it.
