Boston, MA - A drug dealer by the name of Kimball Clark, 45 got caught by those people with some work on him Friday evening.

When the police took the drug dealer in he had $758 in his possession, which of course was confiscated as drug money.  Mr. Clark’s bail was set at an unknown amount but obviously his EBT card covered the amount, as he was overheard telling someone on his ONE  phone call

 “get my EBT card and go to the ATM and get the money to bail me out, get me outa here tonight,” according to a Boston police report.

Kimball was arrested on charges of distribution of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school. He posted bail and was released, although it remains unclear exactly where the bail money came from. This is his second drug arrest. His prior convictions include assault and battery in 2007 and cocaine possession with intent to distribute in 2008, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.

I didn’t know you could do that type of stuff with an EBT card. I thought people could only buy food with them..
