In the subculture of stripping, booty modeling and video modeling it’s the black girls with the biggest butts who garner the most attention..
Vanity Wonder was a dancer in Detroit when she decided she wanted to get a little thicker and widen her frame.. Seeing as to how a few of the other girls at the club had gotten the booty injections done she decided to make her first appointment..
Smelling like baby powder and feeling quite a bit nervous she handed $500 to a woman.. Or a least a person she thought was a big woman with big hands.. She took her jeans off and layed face down on the massage table in the middle of the hotel room. She could have went first but instead she decided to go second, she knew she was in for some pain.. The needle went in 3 shots down on the left, middle and right of each cheek.. 9 shots total.. She screamed. The woman with the needle told her it was too late to cry and to be quiet because there were other guests in the hotel…
Lookin in the mirror it wasn’t much of a difference after having the injection sites sealed with super glue and closed off with cotton swabs on top.. This was to keep the liquid from seeping back out. But Vanity was happy with what she seen so far. Although she had no idea what hot, painful liquid had been injected into her, she decided to make a few more appointments after that.
Currently Vanity is 4’11″ measuring 32-23-43, the description above is my detailing of Chapter 6 of a book written by Vanity titled “Shot Girls” where she dwelves into the underground culture of “butt shots” and the girls who get them.
Now, I’m not one to judge a person for wanting a bigger booty. Heck I’ve always wanted a bigger booty, but I have so many things going for me body wise that I decided that you can’t have everything and to accept it. I also used to model many years ago. I worked out twice a day, I was quite gorgeous, super sexy and still I could not land spreads in the Black Men’s Magazine’s.. Why not? Because I didn’t have a big butt… But you could always find a magazine with a woman with un unattractive face and a gigantic booty sprawled inside. So I can understand the frustration a woman must go through when trying to compete and at least be on a even scale as the rest of the women.
Vanity also has a video and after her video I only question her mindset as to saying “Just because she has azz shots doesn’t mean people have a right to comment on it”.. She’s correct when she says many women have butt shots.. That is true. But most women didn’t get them huge enough to the point that a person will look at them in mockery because they’ve turned themselves into a side-show clown.
Lastly this epidemic, if it can be called that is only due to black men LOVING big booty women. People are quick to shoot it down but having a big butt has got many women many things and changed a few of their lives for the better. Including Vanity Wonder. If not for those booty shots, you wouldn’t even know her name..

I don’t find it shocking that people are getting butt implants but what I found shocking is that this is a black market (black as in illegal and not black as in Black folks) thing. People can legal go to a plastic surgeon to get fake boobs so why not go to one and safely (or at least somewhat safely) get a fake booty.
