LIL KIM RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL.. AND NO, her face did not collapse.. 

Lil’ Kim completed her best paint job and inhaled a little helium before running to the hospital to witness the birth of her god daughter Reign..   SHE wanted to look animated for the kid.. At the time the rapper was supposed to be doing radio promo’s for her new album..  

Kim explained to her Twitter Followers that something came up:

”Hey guys. Just to clear up the confusion. I was supposed to start radio runs this morning but… my bestfriend gave birth to my beautiful God daughter, Reign. She wasn’t feeling too well after & she needed me so I rushed to her side.”

Man.. I know that baby screamed loud as hell when she was handed to Lil Kim..
I gotta say Lil Kim.. If your best has never told you how phucked up you look she isn’t a good friend..
