Actress Meagan Good whose been celibate  since breaking up with NFL player Thomas Jones in May of 2011 has found the man that God meant for her to have. She recently got engaged to DeVon Franklin a movie executive at Sony Pictures who is also a Seventh day Adventist Preacher.

Devon was once Will Smith’s intern, but now he is the author of Produced by Faith, and holds huge box office films like The Karate Kid and Pursuit of Happyness under his belt.

According to a rep, the two began dating after Jumping the Broom finished taping, and have been engaged for about a month.

In 2011, Meagan said that she wasn’t in a rush to find Mr. Right.  She told EURweb that she would be dating God for a while.

What are some of the important lessons you’ve learned through dating in the past?
I learned that relationships should improve your quality of life, not compromise it. I learned to always keep God first. I have also learned that it’s okay to compromise, but not to compromise the essence of what makes you who you are.

What are your minimum expectations from a man?
My minimum expectations are that: he love the Lord, they are kind to other people, they respect me as a person, they want to be my friend-partner and not just my man.

What is the best way a man can approach you?
A man can approach me by just being honest and straight forward..games are exhausting.

What elements do you think are important when looking for a man?
I think the most important thing is they are spiritual (love the Lord)..being that way creates positive habits,out looks,and actions in a person.

“I met someone special, but you know what? I’m so in love with God right now. I’m focused on being married to God,” she said. “The next guy I meet is my husband, and I already talked to God about that.”

Obviously Meagan spoke her dream man into existence.

Congrats to Meagan.. Does this mean she will now become the big time mega movie star that we always wanted her to be? Yes!
