Bobby Brown was pulled over in Resdeda, CA for allegedly driving while talking on a cell phone.. The stop resulted in Brown being arrested at 12:20 p.m on suspicion of drunk driving.
It’s unclear what substance cops believe Brown had been using before he got behind the wheel. Bobby is now out on bond.
Whitney Houston‘s ex-husband already has a DUI conviction on his record stemming from an arrest in Georgia in 1996. He eventually pled guilty to DUI and served 8 days in jail.

A source has since come forward, claiming that he wiped the Beverly Hilton Hotel room clean of any evidence that would lead to suspicion of illegal activity, Celebuzz reports.
According to a translation of Dutch newspaper The Telegraph, a man named Raffles van Exel came forward four days after Houston’s death, admitting that he cleaned Houston’s hotel room — although he has not revealed what exactly he removed from the scene.
“The room had to be emptied,” Van Exel, who calls himself a “highly respected entertainment consultant,” toldThe Telegraph.
