DWIGHT HOWARD wants SOLE CUSTODY of the CHILD he has with reality star ROYCE REED.

Back in  2009 Dwight Howard successfully litagated a gag order against his baby mother, Basketball Wives star Royce Reed. Now binded by legalities,  Royce can not say who the father of her child is, mention Dwight’s name OR post photos of the baby.  Royce broke the order the same year and Dwight who has plenty of money to blow immediately hauled her back into court asking for $142,000 ($500 for each of her twitter followers).

According to TMZ one of the reasons he is seeking sole custody is because of Royce’s violation of this order.  Due to her violation Dwight feels that Royce is messing up his carefully crafted image.

Royce’s problem with this entire private situation is that Dwight has at least 2 other baby mama’s who he does not hold to the same level of scrutiny.  Royce had to know this all was coming down though because as of lately she’s been tweeting off photos of her child WITH her new honey Dezmon Briscoe who plays ball for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  Of course Dwight is pissed about that and it looks like Royce is throwing it in his face and big money sonny Dwight is not having that.

Royce believes she will lose the custody battle this time because the judge allegedly has a bias against ‘baby mamas’ especially those who have baby’s out of wedlock with NBA stars. She also fears he will side with Dwight because of his ‘celebrity’, so she’s looking to get the judge removed from their case. The judge previously awarded Dwight custody without letting Royce present her side then delayed his decision and Dwight’s lawyer is listed as an endorser of the judge on the judge’s website.

Meanwhile Dwight’s other secret baby mama’s are living the good life.  Black Sports Online found one of his other baby mama’s and she immediately deleted her twitter account after BSOL reached out to her concerning the story. CLICK HERE for that part of the story and photos.
