Chris Brown just can not seem to keep his name out of drama or keep his hands to himself.
Currently an arrest warrant is being prepared By the Miami Dade police department for the body of singer Chris Brown. A woman is claiming that Chris snatched her white Iphone 4S while she was attempting to get a photograph of him.
According to the police report which was filed in the wee hours of Sunday morning, a woman by the name of Christal Spann told officers that she was hanging out inside a nightclub for Chris’ after Grammy celebration when she saw Chris and Tyga leave through a side door. The woman and her friend quickly pursued Chris and Tyga in hopes of getting a flick.
The couple was spotted sitting in a Bentley and after the young lady clicked to get a pic, Chris reached through the luxury car window, grabbed her phone and said:
“B—- you ain’t going to put that on no website.”
Chris smashed out immediately fleeing the scene of the crime. The police are calling it “robbery by sudden snatching.”
According to Radar Online, Deborah Doty from the Miami PD made a statement saying that the incident is still under investigation but a warrant for his arrest may be issued today, (although it is believed that he is not in Miami right now):
“An incident report was filed against Mr. Brown, and the Florida State Attorney’s Office will be issuing a warrant for his arrest this afternoon, I can’t tell you what time, but it will be today.”
This charge would be a violation of Chris’ current probation terms. Which means he could be sent to jail for a little while.
Now you have to ask yourself why would Chris do such a thing and think he would get away scotch free with it. And what were Chris and that funny looking rapper Tyga doing in back of the club in that dark alley that they didn’t want anyone to know about.. Perhaps MARVIN the dude who accused Chris Brown of participating in gay sex can give us a clue.
I mean after all Chris has been spending a lot of time with the Young money rapper for a few years now. I’m not making any insinuations.. I’m just stating the facts.

hmm…yeah looks like him and tyga iam not saying its just like look like its obvious…
I mean come on, maybe Chris didn’t want her to take his picture. She probably didn’t even ask him, before taking the picture. Yeah, she might have been rude for doing it and perhaps Chris could have handled the situation better. However, This story is no different than the story I heard a few months back, when a women at the super bowl 2012 was asked to take a picture of a man and a member of his family. Both were distracted by the excitement at the game that she mistakenly left off with the man’s camera. The man didn’t put in a police report accusing her of theft. He was content in having the best day of his life, and a great time spent with family. Just so happens the women sincerely wanted to see the man get his photos and camera back, so she went on channel 5 news to locate the man. Give, Chris a break, everyone is hating on him for issues any one of us could have. He’s young and needs our support not condemnation. If we continue to beat him up, emotionally how will he ever grow from his mistakes. I’m sure the whole thing was a misunderstanding and it will be cleared up shortly. Hopefully, without further legal action against Chris. Hang in there Chris Brown. Things can only get better from here. Believe in the higher power that is in you and have faith.
