I was once told that all good movies have a story line based on love. Tyler Perry‘s newest Lionsgate venture sticks to the script. A successful, wealthy businessman, Wesley Deeds (Tyler Perry) has it all. He lives the perfect life. Wesley has always done what’s expected of him, whether it’s assuming the helm of his father’s company, tolerating his brother’s misbehavior at the office or planning to marry his beautiful but restless fiancée, Natalie (Gabrielle Union).
His fiance brags that she can’t set the time by him because he is so mundane and predictable. But Wesley is jolted out of his predictable routine when he meets Lindsey (Thandie Newton), a down-on-her-luck single mother who works on the cleaning crew in his office building. When he offers to help her get back on her feet, the chance encounter with someone so far outside his usual circle ignites something in Wesley. He discovers love in a very unusual place. Wesley will become the man he was always meant to be.
Sounds like my time of movie. Good Deeds is in theaters February 24th.
In addition to Good Deeds Tyler Perry has 2 other films coming out this year: Madea’s Witness Protection and Alex Cross. Looks like Mr. Perry is in for a huge year at the Box Office.. $200 Million projected…..
