Halle Berry recently asked a judge for permission to relocate to France with her daughter Nahla and boyfriend Olivier Martinez.
Halle’s custody battle is getting sadder and sadder by the day. Halle has completely tired of Gabriel Aubry’s antics and wants him out of his daughter Nahla’s life for good. No more headaches.
She recently asked a judge for permission to move to France with Nahla. A court hearing is pending..
It’s sad how people meet, fall in love, have kids and then later they hate one another and can’t stand the sight of one another. Then they move on to the next mate who they too will hate a few years later.. Makes you wonder about life.
You can’t just appoint a child a new daddy when their real one is still living and actively participating in their life. Nahla deserves to have her dad in her life.. Parents should stop keeping their kid away from their other parent.. Adults are sometimes so selfish.. And sometimes people just get tired of drama and want to get it out of their life.
What ever the case. I certainly hope this situation works itself out.

Women do this all the time..so sad they play with the children like this. Her child is going to already be confused, she's just making it worse.
As much as I have mad love for Halle this is so wrong, a father would never be able to do this & this shows how far removed some people with money & a modicum of power can be…
my daughter lives in France with her mother and grand parents….fair to me because that makes them happy and I see her 3 times a year and the x-inlaws purchase me a ticket every summer

Halle is nut and nothing she does surprises me anymore. It's sad that Nahla has two fucked up parents in her life.

Both parents have to sign for passport rights and if he doesn't she's s**t out of luck!
Halle is just proving each day how crazy she really is. She is ruining her Legacy. I am embarrassed for her.
