Check out the full unedited interview of Funkmaster Flex and Olivia airing out their beef with each other live on Hot 97.
The conversation gets pretty heated as Flex tells Olivia that she was gassed up when she was on G-Unit and now she is back in the real world. Flex claims Olivia’s re emersion into the real world is partially why he took the opportunity to go in on her after she was dropped from G-Unit Records by 50 Cent.
During the interview Olivia maintains that she and Fif are now in a good place. Flex tells Olivia that she can’t be in a good place until she has proved everyone wrong by actually putting out a hot record. Flex tells Olivia at the end of the day winning is winning. You are either winning or you’re losing. There is no inbetween.
Olivia also reveals that Game often asks 50 Cent to resign him again.
Listen as the drama unfolds
Good Stuff. Some people truly are not familiar with the definition of winning. Winning has it’s own set of rules. You have to play by them. Olivia often speaks about how she had no creative control when she was with G-Unit. She says the Unit marketed her as a rapper and not as an R&B artist. True 50 may not have known what to do with an R&B artist, but she left G-Unit at the height of it’s game. 3 years later still not a hot record.. Perhaps that wasn’t the best decision after all. But clearly Olivia still feels like she is going to win.
