In the middle of a recession SWV has decided it’s better to split a check 3 ways rather than not have a check at all.
15 years after their first release, the soulful 90′s R&B trio has set a release date of April 10th. Their album titled ” I Missed Us” will be released on eOne Music/Mass Appeal Entertainment.
“Co-Sign “, their first single produced by Lamb who has worked with Beyonce and Monica, has already been getting some heavy airplay in Atlanta.
In the meantime, the girls, Taj, Lelee, and Coko have been in the studio with Bryan-Michael Cox and Jazze Pha putting finishing touches on the album.
“It’s a great feeling to be back recording together again!” said the ladies in a statement. “Something special always happens when we come together.”
SWV released its debut album “It’s About Time” in 1992. The album went multi-platinum and spawned R&B classics such as “I’m So Into You,” “Right Here,” “Downtown,” “Weak,” and “You’re Always on My Mind.”
The song is not bad at all. It sounds better than THAT MESS that Jodeci and H-Town put out calling themselves coming back. But still, Are you really looking forward to a SWV comeback?
