No surprise, another Athlete with baby mama Troubles
When a relationship ends, sometimes it leaves one partner bitter. Still its no excuse to keep a child away from their parent. NBA Heat star Chris Bosh is battling his baby mama in court just to see his daughter, Trinity.
Bosh has an on going court custody case against his baby mama Allison Mathis, that started back in May 2011 . The legal documents filed in Maryland , states that Chris hasn’t spoken directly to his baby mama since April of 2011. Mathis only communicates with Bosh through her lawyers.
Bosh claims that he tried on several occasions to speak with Allison, about visiting his daughter, but all requests has been ignored, and denied. Last June Chris begged Allison to allow his daughter to come and watch him in the NBA playoff, she still refused. Maybe that could have been the sole reason for Chris’s breakdown when they lost the playoffs to the Mavericks. Eventually his daughter was able to watch him play during one of his court ordered visitations.
Early in 2011 Bosh filed a case to have Allison held in contempt, for not allowing his to see his daughter. The court date is set for July 12th. I really don’t understand why some woman makes it hard for a man to see his child, when he wants to spend time. When its so many women out here that struggle everyday just to get a man to want to see his child. Chris Bosh is currently married to Adrienne Williams, maybe this is the main source of Allison bitterness. Allison and Chris were supposed to get married back in 2008,but the wedding never happen.

he has to get gangsta……Otherwise the court will let say it status quo…..Even he doesnt pay a dime…thats still his kid……but what he need to do is simply apply for custody…..unless the mother is a milliionaire..clearly he can provide a better life for them…

Using a child to punish the other parent will hurt everyone involved.
That’s when the parent who is playing hardball is bitter and angry and is using the kid as a pawn. This strikes home because I am embroiled at this moment in a nasty situation because of a bitter, hateful evil ex who can’t stand to see the other party happy….regardless of whether you parted company unless that clown is a proven threat to the well-being of t he child physically or emotionally that’s just Demonic..

@ Kissy I don’t condone this practice, even though there are times where it absolutely detrimental to your child’s well being if the other parents intention is to harm the child involved. Every situation is different.

People just want to punish the other person in the relationship. They are thinking about themselves not about the kid. The kid will grow up and discover who the bag o douche is. You don’t have to give them any help.

The court doesnt play games if the father shows he wants to be in the childs life…I’m on my 31st trial with my Ex……Parental alienation is real!!!! After making false accusations for 6 years her lies have become crossed allowing me to bash her head on every court door she filed in…..the script…does flip…but you have to be patient…..if you blow up and start fighting ang arguing…you are falling right in her trap…..

True indeed you’re kid should have the best of both worlds leave you’re feeling at the door and be an adult. I could NEVER deny my daughter her dad no matter how mad he makes me at times that has never entered my mind. Ppl really have a lot of growing up to do because bitter parents raise bitter kids!

What women like this do is destroy children by not allowing them to interact with their fathers. They dont understand how detrimental it is to have the fathers involved, even if only once a week. The children will also long for that interaction and love from their fathers, regardless of how bad things have turned out with their parents. All children want their parents to be happy and i believe a well rounded child is one who knows they’re loved by both parents (even if 1 isn’t around, as in my case) and that they are/were wanted by both parents; also that they are NOT the reason mum and dad are not together. I agree a level of mental maturity is needed for some women to see the potential damage they’ll cause their children throughout if they keep on with the no access attitude.
