Michael Jordan has really started something by proposing to that lovely white woman of his. His proposal seems to have a domino affect and rich black men all over the country are NOT getting down on one knee to propose, but nonetheless they are still proposing.
First Lebron (Click Here If You’ve been in a cave and missed that) and now good ole Jim Jones proposed to his lovely lady Chrissy.
Now I’ll admit upon first watching the show Love & Hip Hop, Chrissy was hella annoying but over time I have grown to really like her.. Jim gave Chrissy one of the most thuggish proposals I’ve ever witnessed. But after 7 years heck I would of cried tears of joy and snatched the ring out of the box and put it on my own finger.
Chrissy was in the middle of snapping on Jim after he interrupted her pleasant trip away from him with the girls in Miami. Jim tapped Chrissy on the shoulders and told her he needed to talk. Chrissy proceeds to ask him why he was running up on her like that in a place that he wasn’t supposed to be anyway.. Jim tells Chrissy “I got something for you”... Chrissy says “What do you got for me? Some information in your pocket. What are you digging for?” Then Chrissy’s mouth drops as Jones pulls out a ring box right after telling Chrissy “I’m going to show you how crazy I am.”

I’m happy for her but honestly… he could of propose to her a BETTER way! I like Chrissy because she express herself and try not to leave anything back. Females tend to “go-along” with certain things but she told him straight up even if she had to wait for 7 years. I dont know what’s worse, the fact that she asked him to marry her, the fact that he didn’t say yes, but said “I’m wit it”, the fact that he lost his ring and she got him another one … all while she still never got a ring or a proposal, the fact that he pulls up in a foreign car and she still didn’t have a ring, the fact that he asked her to marry him, FINALLY, and gave her the ring like “here bitch now stfu”, or the fact that she thought that damn ponytail was the business. She needs to have several seats, one for her dumb ass, one for that ponytail and one for that damn mole.

No it was staged. He knew where she was, she was sitting right at the door, and the convo just ended about her thinking of leaving him. Funny thing is..most women wouldn’t have been happy with that ‘proposal’. She was just happy to get a ring i guess. Most women i know don’t want a confrontational proposal..LOL.
I think he definitely could have put more romance, thought and consideration into the proposal…but hey–if she’s happy…

Jim had a choice and he made it. VH1 may have helped execute but he made his own decision. Chrissy is a woman who loves a different kind of man (a hustler). There is a “learning curve” when is comes to romance and love. Although, right is right and wrong is wrong there is a grey area and that is interpreted by the person involved. I wish them the best in love and life. Now if a date is not set soon you can bet chrissy will be at it again.
As I said to a friend earlier….it reminded me of when Martin FIRST proposed to GINA…”Damn Gina…. I will marry you!!! are you happpy nooooww?” LOL
To the person that got the ring im sure she thought so… to half of everyone else watching & expecting more of course not to them.

This is so funny because they were arguing earlier in the show and then later in the show he proposes. He looks so stressed. Not sure if it was because he planned on proposing but wanted to keep it a secret or if he hurried up and did it because she left town.
