No More Lies – Deion Sanders Announces Divorce From Pilar
After previously shooting down recent rumors of their divorce Deion Sanders has finally thrown in the towel and will grant a divorce to his wife of 12 years Pilar Sanders.
Deion stated that the couple has individually decided to move on to the next phase of their lives.
“Pilar and I have decided to end our marriage and move on to the next phase of our individual lives with mutual respect. We are friends and our top priority has and will continue to be the well-being of our children. We arrived at this decision prayerfully and carefully in order to be able to pursue what is in both of our best personal interests.”
Though the Sanders have decided to go public with their split, insiders say the couple actually closed the door on their romance a few months ago.
The couple has three children together.
Deion always had a problem with his wife being in the spotlight. Now that the marriage is over Pilar plans to focus on her modeling and upcoming tv career.
