Khloe Kardashian 27, is being sued for assault by transgender woman Chantel Spears over an incident that happened two years ago.
Transgender woman Chantel Spears – formerly Ronald Spears – claims the reality TV star “violently” attacked her outside a Playhouse nightclub in Hollywood on December 5 2009.
The suit alleges that Kardashian “assaulted and battered [Spears] by violently striking [Spears] in and about her body” on the Sunset Strip, and that the incident left Spears “in great fear for her life and physical well-being”. In addition Chantel claims she needed medical care and suffered from “severe mental anguish” .
Chantel – who is seeking unspecified damages - says the alleged assault happened after she made a comment to Khloe’s husband Lamar Odom.
She told TMZ:
“All I was telling Lamar Odom is maybe he is too young to get married and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl.”
Although Khloe’s spokesperson didn’t comment, her friends insist she did nothing wrong.
One told Us Weekly magazine:
“This was two years ago and Khloe did nothing. This person shoved Khloe and she pushed them off. This person just wants to jump on the bandwagon.”

The transgendered hood rat has also reportedly requested general and punitive damages and medical expenses as compensation.
I’m just wondering Khloe how are you going to push a girl with a purple mop on her head.. Obviously that person has some “severe mental issues”..
Kardashian herself has not yet made any comment on the suit. Instead she has been on twitter defending herself after tweeters starting going in on her after seeing a photo of her headed to the gym with no make-up on.. They called her ugly, Pugface and a bunch of other suitable names..

I don't what to say on this except with the question; Who's really the man in that fight, Khloe or that transgender posing a hooker and where was Lamar on this?
there is a time restriction to file suit..thats fucking crazy that they will allow a case from 2009.
