The latest update in the marriage of Kim Kardashian is that Kris Humphries filed for an annulment on the grounds that Kim is a fraud and he was unaware that the whole marriage was a circus act.
According to TMZ
Kris Humphries just filed for an annulment against Kim Kardashian, on grounds Kim defrauded him into marrying her.
Sources close to Kris tell TMZ … Kris was not in on the alleged fraud, meaning he did not stage the marriage for Kim’s reality show. We’re told Kris wanted this to be a genuine marriage, but Kim was never really on board.
Kim has already filed for divorce — but according to the docs, obtained by TMZ — Kris wants Kim to pay his attorney’s fees.
We broke the story the couple has a prenup, but according to the documents Kris claims there are “community and quasi-community assets.”
Under California law, someone can annul a marriage if there’s proof of impotency, incest, bigamy, unsound mind, force or fraud. Kim is saying she wanted an annulment and filed for divorce only after being told it was her only legal option.
I am so done with these two. If Kris Humphries was dumb enough to believe that Kim Kardashian was in love with a doofus like him then he is an even bigger dofus than what I thought he was.
Which brings me to my next dumb topic on these two. Why is Dr. Drew saying Kris Humphries is a victim of Domestic Violence at the hands of Kim Kardashian? Seriously, Kris is 6’9″ tall and Kim is a petite 5’2″.. I mean exactly how much power is behind a punch to his gut? If he would of stepped on my freshly done toe nail and broke it I would of swung at his clumsy butt also. That broken toe nail hurts a whole lot more than a punch to his belly.
But anyway, I’m sure this is Dr. Drew’s way of getting in on the publicity train.

UGH stop talking about this media whore already. Smh I’ve been telling everyone who “worships” the ground Kim Kardashian walks on that she was phony and a fake. Now everyone is up in odd because of her fake marriage. I’m not surprised she has a track record. And furthermore we all have a playful moments with our significant other. But I agree it starts off playful then it can and will escalate.
Although I’m sure Ms Kardashian is a lot more savvy than her recently estranged husband I find it hard to believe that he was the victim of domestic abuse….not that I think it’s impossible I must add! I too am growing increasingly bemused at how far a big butt & smile will get you in life!

Do I really have to clarify this post?? Why would I be saying guys should hit women back. What I a saying is that they should assert some type of manliness in the relationship and they wouldn’t be getting beat up in the first place, and if you get in a relationship with a woman that’s bigger and stronger than you then you are not that bright as a man to begin with..
