In a turn of events that is sure to have everyone saying “I told you so” Usher‘s ex-wife wants to take away his shared custody of the kids claiming that the singer is not keeping up his part of the legal co-parenting agreement.

In a Georgia court Tameka Raymond who quickly had 2 kids with Usher during their brief 2 year marriage has filed for sole custody of  4 year old Usher Raymond V and 3 year old Naviyd Ely Raymond . She is asking the judge to revoke physical custody of the two children ASAP!

Tameka pretty much claims that Usher has repeatedly FAILED to do what she wants him to do and is legally obligated to do in order to keep her happy.

He failed to :
– get her approval before hiring nannies
– give her first shot to watch the kids when he’s away for more than 8 hours
– allow her to take the kids for 2-weeks in the summer of 2011
– let her have custody of the kids during Christmas break 2010

According to the docs, Usher also promised to pay $5k per month so Tameka could hire her own nanny for the kids — but he hasn’t paid in months, and now owes $34,000 worth of payments.  

Tameka also claims there has been a “substantial change in [Usher's] income” since they got divorced — and because of his success, she should get even more money for child support. 

And if that is not enough can you believe Tameka also claims Usher closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card – which he specifically said he wouldn’t do — and now she can no longer take advantage of the “special benefits” the card offers.

You know Saks has the cutest Burberry clothes for boys.

BOO HOO. And of course Tameka claims via twitter that Usher is being painted as a victim once again and that the headlines are misleading and only tell a part of the story.

A hearing on the matter is scheduled for Wednesday.  I’m sure after this the hate mail is going to start up again.   So sad for poor Usher.  But hey he should of never married A Regular Black Girl. 

These rich men have more problems than a little bit when it comes to these women they decided to drop their DNA off in.  I’m slowly starting to side with the men.  These women are a constant headache and constantly going after excessive amounts of money after their relationship with the celebrity ends.  Meanwhile Thomasina up the block isn’t getting a dime from Ray Ray and she is not causing him any problems.  

But hey should we be mad at the women who are bright enough to get knocked up by a baller instead of some broke bum?  I think child support laws need to be changed. These women are very vindictive and using the courts to control and get back at their ex’s.  They make it bad for women who don’t abuse the system.

I’m positive Tameka is getting more than enough money to take care of the kids.  Sadly these days having a kid with a wealthy man has nothing to do with love and everything to do with a check. These men had better start picking their DNA sponsorship more carefully. Cause having a baby by these men is considered a job to these women. And when you have a job yes you do expect to get a raise as often as possible…
