We may be in a “real-life” recession but the make-believe economy of online multi-player games is booming according to the Wall Street Journal.
Entrepreneur Ailin Graef’s Anshe Chung Studios is worth “millions” of real life U.S. dinero, earned mainly by managing rentals of make-believe real estate and brokering make-believe money transactions in the online game Second Life.
She also gets top (real) dollar for her designs of make-believe fashions for players’ game characters (avatars).
Now ain’t that some sh*t? !!!!!!!!!!!!!
And here were are focusing on this “real” world money while she gets millions in “fantasy” land.
