It’s been a long run, and we’ve been together at least seven years. We’ve been off, we’ve been on, we’ve argued, we fought. We had good times and bad times, and I think that at the end of the day, as a man, this is something that I owed to her and I owed to my family, so it’s time.

Too much to please a woman these days. Proposals not rite, ring isnt big enough, wedding isnt big enough, honeymoon isnt where u want it…so on and so forth. Seems like too much emphasis is being put on the superficial stuff like this and not enough is being placed on the fact of the man saying he loves you and wants to be with you for the rest of his life. If I loved him, ecstatic! Knowing damn well my co-workers goin home and bitching they man out. “You don’t neve do nothing Romantic for me. I can’t even get flowers at work, and Nicole’s man proposed to her at work!” If I wasn’t that into him, I’d feel trapped, like how do I say no in front of alllll these people?!
Not only did he do it at her job…he did it on MTV. He proposed to show the millions who watch MTV, his love for this woman. Not in some dim ass corner in a restaurant so nobody could see him simpin’ LMAOO!! Its no different anyways, either he shows the world, or shes gonna tell the world.
