Tyrese was in Delaware yesterday trying to inspire protests at a radio station and they politely kicked him out mid session.
According to TMZ:
Tyrese claims he was WRONGLY kicked out of a radio station in Delaware yesterday — and it’s all because he TOOK A STAND against liquor stores that operate nearelementary schools.
It all happened at WBJR KIIS 101.7 in Delaware — when Tyrese, who was invited on the show to promote his album, made a PASSIONATE statement about how liquor stores SHOULD NOT be allowed near schools … after seeing one on his way to the station.
During his rant, Tyrese told the DJ, “Get them cats out of here … selling alcohol right across from your kids school, homie — put the pressure on them homie … you know how to put pressure on dudes selling in your hood.”
But when the show went to commercial, Tyrese was asked to leave the building — and the owner of the radio station confirms to TMZ that it was because he felt Tyrese was “disrespecting” the Delaware community.
After the incident, Tyrese tweeted, “I just kicked out of a radio station frm a [programdirector] who had a problem w/ me speaking on liquor stores that are by elementary schools in Delaware.”
He later added, “If you don’t STAND for something.. You will damn near fall for Anything.”
Not a Big Deal Tyrese… I’m sure you are feeling the same way some of us bloggers feel who you have banned from following you for no reason….. All you can do is shake your head and keep it moving.. Ignorance is Bliss Tyrese.. Remember That.

he’s right they are selling booze to kids enough and too have it accross from schools id adding fuel. the station was wrong to ask him to leave because of his view.

Glad he voiced what others should be voicing. Examine your neighborhood and see where liquor stores are located and flourish. It’s usually in the “hood.”

I have no idea.. He blocked me before I even started blogging,, Most of said something about him that he didn’t like, but I don’t recall ever saying anything bad about him.. Who knows.
Kissy, I have some people that block me as well but they are closed minded people and will never open to anyone. I wouldn’t worry too much about that, kissy. Besides, he’s ignorant for blocking a beautiful smart girl like you.

Tyrese blocks A LOT of people. He blocked the parody account @TyreseWisdoms on twitter, unblocked them and sent a message saying something like he thought it was funny. They changed their bio to include something like charcoal charmander and he blocked them again lol. He cant take people talking bad about him or saying things he doesn’t agree with. he’s in the wrong business though.
