As usual, the drama came to a Volcanic Erupting Blow on the season Finale of Basketball Wives 3. But first the instigator Shaunie had to do her I’m innocent part and talk about her Chinese Laundry shoe line:

Then the hot and fiesty Latina that is Evelyn spotted Chad eating lunch in front of a restaurant with another woman (without first telling her). Unfortunately she didn’t storm the table and ask Ocho wtf was going on. Instead she went home and had a woosa, and got into an argument with Chad about it when he got there:

The volcano is rapidly heating up… Jennifer has a divorce party with a pinata and a crazy cake where she stabs Eric’s big orange balls. Of course Will came off the bench for the assist.

And now the volcano erupts and the red hot lava began to pour……… Jenn decided to meet Eric for drinks to discuss their pending divorce. After Eric tells Jenn she won’t be anything without him, Eric proceeds to walk off and Jenn angrily throws a drink at the man(I don’t blame her). Unfortunately she missed. So now the ball is in Eric’s court. He slowly comes in close to the rim and goes for the easy layup. Eric tells Jenn to be careful and picks up the glass and throws the drink right in her face for -2 points!!!!

Originally I was hot at Eric to the point that I made a MEN ARE THE NEW BITCHES article and made Eric the Face of the article. After seeing this I’m going to remove his name. I really digg Jenn. BUT hey it’s an eye for an eye in a doggy dog world. Nah… I’m lying. NO MATTER WHAT IT’S STILL A B!TCH MOVE!

Evelyn said that the scene itself brought tears to her eyes, but that Eric’s public response to the situation makes him look “nuts.”
Did you talk to Jennifer after the drink-throwing incident? What was your take on what happened?
We actually filmed after that, we filmed her divorce party after that, but they flipped it on the show. It was literally two days later and she was still in a really weird space from that whole thing. You could tell she was in shock, like, I can’t believe that happened. When she told me, I could tell, I knew something was wrong. I’ve been friends with them way before this. Way before the show. I don’t know if people know this but I’m the one who got Jennifer on the show and I’ve known her forever. Just to see it go down brought tears to my eyes, it was like, you know, it doesn’t have to be like that. But things happen and everybody has their own reasons why they do what they do but it was sad to see. I knew their relationship was bad but that was so disrespectful and I wouldn’t have expected that from him.
Since you’ve known Eric for so long, did you ever think he had something like this in him?
No, you know what? I’ve always said I actually like Eric. I think he’s funny. I think on the show he always looks like a douchebag [laughs] but I know him outside of that and he’s a cool guy and he has NEVER gotten physical with her. I don’t know what made him do that because if you look at the scene, she threw a drink but you can tell she wasn’t intending to hit him, but the fact that he came back and did that was a little…I was shocked. I know he has a big mouth and he’s very aggressive when he speaks, but I didn’t expect that.
And Tammy says you like the fights. That’s why there is so many fights on the show:
Over the past few weeks, Shaunie O’Neal has been beating up the media’s ears saying that she is embarrassed by what the show has become over the past few seasons. She recently told Fox 411′s Pop Tart Column:
“I never imagined it would be a group of ladies fighting and arguing the way that they do. That was never part of the plan. I hate that it has to be a fight or an argument that gives us 4.2 million viewers. I hate that, but it’s something where I’m working as hard as I can to show some type of balance, because it is there. ”
And that’s where Tami Roman, the heavy weight champion of the fights comes in at:
Shaunie is caught between a rock and a hard place because she’s not the only executive producer. So, I know when she initially went with this concept to them, what ‘Basketball Wives’ has evolved into is not her creative mindset at work. What ultimately ended up happening is that when you do reality TV, the whole thing that drives it is the dramatic aspect. If you have six, seven people who all get along, nobody finds that interesting.
Proof positive is Shaunie tried to express to VH1 that ‘my initial idea will work. People want to see us do positive things. People want to see us getting along.’ And she came out with ‘Football Wives’ ‘Football Wives’ has since been canceled because people don’t want to see that.
Even with our show, we do so many positive things. There were several tapings with my mom. My mom is battling diabetes, and that was very heartfelt and touching to me, and I felt that should’ve been on the show. Shaunie and I helped put a young girl through a semester of college, I felt that should’ve been on the show. There were aspects with me and my daughter, and Royce auditioning for Broadway, and things that everybody’s going through that are far more positive and far more relevant to trying to put out positive imagery. That stuff does not make it.
They’ll shoot it. If this is your storyline, we’ll tape it. But when it goes to editing, people only want to see the dramatic stuff. Literally, the argument that you see may only happen over a weekend. We tape for four months. But they’ll take the biggest arguments we have, and those become the focal points of the storyline. That is not our fault. We would absolutely love to see more positive imagery, but the audience doesn’t want to see that.

That was a bitchazzness move by Eric. I dont care if he was provoked first. He got balls, Jennifer has a vulva. Yall women do things differently than the men. Not making an excuse for Jennifer but the editors should kept it real and kept the time line in order – but smdh that "reality" tv for you lol
Eric lost my respect because that was a little boy move – a real man would just said whatever and charged it to the game and move on.
I know Jennifer threw the drink first but seriously what the point of Eric throwing it back. He sunk to her level.
And keep in mind the meeting started out on a coridal basis then it went downhill fast as soon they talked about their respective mama lol i said oh boy it is a wrap right there!

Kissy how would you feel if you and I were married for 10 years and you got mad enough to throw a drink at me – I would be mad too if you got it on my $500 shirt lol but I am not that crazy to throw a drink right back into your face – because then you would have a reason to get more money from me in a divorce that suppose to be a clean split.
I would be like "Kissy are you crazy? first you talk about my momma and you throwing drinks at me! Child please i got somewhere to be"

I have been in my relationship for nearly 14 years and married 10 of them.. I have 1 married girlfriend, 2 divorced, the rest are single… they have NO influence on me AT ALL…I for one have never ever been one to discuss the following; Business, salaries, finances, politics and my relationship.
Eric also told her about his ways prior to them walking down the aisle…she tired it didn't work, she tried to over look but it hurt too much…she forgave him and married him… but it was not good enough. she explained this on the show. <3
