Last year Janet Jackson stated on Good Morning America that she was not engaged.

But rumors are swirling that Janet has been engaged to billionaire boyfriend, Iranian businessman Wissam Al Mana since late last year.

The 45 year old singers boy toy is 9 years younger than her.

The couple has only been dating since last spring and sources are reporting that not too long ago, in “mid-October”, Wissam got down on one knee and proposed to Janet with a 15-carat diamond ring.

‘Janet’s telling friends an official engagement will come by summer’s end and she and Wissam will marry in late 2011,’ an insider claimed.

Janet was briefly married to James Debarge in 1984. That relationship was annuled after one year. In 1991 she married she married music video director Rene Elizondo and the marriage lasted nine years. To everyone’s surprise She dated producer Jermaine Dupri for 7 years, before the relationship ended in 2009. Janet said: “I’d love to have a family. But really, it’s in God’s hands. So, if it’s meant to be, I’ll have one. I hope it does.”

Meanwhile, supermodel Naomi Campbell is denying recent reports that Russian billionaire Vladislav Doronin popped the question to her in Greece.

The supermodel’s spokeswoman insisted  there was ‘no truth’ in engagement gossip.

Naomi Campbell, 41 hinted that she is engaged to boyfriend Vladislav Doronin when she blew up $50,000 worth of fireworks while holidaying on the island of Crete in Greece.

Naomi was gleaming with excitement and told guests that it was time to celebrate ‘their little secret.’

However. If this rumor is true. Naomi and Vladislav won’t be able to walk down the aisle anytime soon. He’s still married to his estranged wife of 21 years…… He is not quite ready to sign those papers.

Doronin and Naomi began dating in 2008. Since then they’ve been spotted enjoying various vacations around the world and lounging out on his luxury yacht throughout the years.

Naomi said: “I like men that are strong. I like strong men that know what they want, know what they are doing, that tell me what to do. I cannot tell Vlad what to do,” she said.  

My question is why would a Billionaire still be married to his wife if he did not want to be with her anymore?
