So, after having this discussion the other day about why white men tell black women they want to treat them like a Queen. Will you believe that I went out last night and met a white guy who told me exactly that..
Him: ” I notice that you are here and that you are beautiful but you don’t act like it and you are conservative and not up in every guys face.”
He buys me a Apple Martini and proceeds to tell me that he is not the average Joe and that he is well off and would like to spoil me like a Queen. By this time I had already looked at his shoes and he was carrying a can of red bull in his hand. His shoes were crappy and if he was “well off” his red bull would of been in a glass instead of holding the can and walking around with it. His friends who walked up to him all had bottles of beer in their hand.
People come to Vegas and you can pretend to be whatever you want to be. But if you must pretend you must also have the appropriate uniform.
Anyway, he now proceeds to tell me that he has a table at the club and that he gets VIP everywhere he goes.. Inside my head I am cracking up. People come to Vegas and get a table and think they are doing it big. They think saying I have a table or I’m staying in the Real World Suite at the Palms is impressive. Maybe it would be if you weren’t talking to a local girl.
I’m watching his friends keep walking up to his whispering to him. Especially his black friend, he seemed to constantly whisper in his ear. Probably telling him that I’m out of his league or how to game me and he is probably telling them that he has it all under control. Another one walks up and says I see you found yourself a pretty girl.
Anyway back to the conversation.
He says “I find you extremely beautiful and I would love to spoil you like a Queen”.
I say “How so?”
He says anything you want right now.
So of course I tell him ” You can start by giving me a million dollars.”
He then says lets dance. I tell him that I don’t dance to techno music,
as we were inside a club that ONLY plays techno. This dude has the nerve to tell me that he is so “connected” that he is going to make the DJ play some hip hop. I laugh and say ok. So he goes off to the DJ Booth and says ok. lets dance. He is going to play some hip hop in a little bit.
I laughed, told him I was going to get some food and walked off. That guy was so lame. I hope black women do not fall for these games that some white men love to play. They love to pretend to be the opposite of a black man but the interests are still the same. People who are interested in you show you their interest by ACTIONS. Not with words..

I actually considered dating white women lol. Cause i thought black women were just mean and un easy to get along with. But i realized that white women are just as mean…I got to much pride in being black to date outta my race though. But i dont frown at people who do, its none of my business. I know alot of brothas who date white women, majority of the males in my family my age are with white women and marryin them. So cant really beat down a black woman for doin it. We are so quick to turn our backs on black women.

Not quite sure what all this "pride" is about? I'm White and have been married to two Black women (1 previous, 1 current). I don't think either one of us ever gave it a second thought that we were betraying our race and should be "ashamed". As far as treating a women like a queen… people, wake up… this is the real world — work, bills, school tuition, refrigerators that break down, etc. It takes work from both ends to be comfortable in life. Not about a Black queen and her dorky, cracka-ass slave.
I say this; first dates don’t say much other than being interested in one another & hopefully getting to know the person so first & foremost get to know the person that one is interested in & acknowledge if their is potential that the person is interested in you; then see if the person in question is worthy; and then ask yourself if what one does for another would they do it in return? & take it from their otherwise don’t waste no ones time, money & effort if their is nothing in common…

My girlfriends have been trying to get me to date white men.. they all say white men really know how to treat women. I have yet to indulge but thinking about it!! I have not ruled it out as an option.
